Is there a Recent Topic Mod with a bar to scroll downwards and view 30 of the most recent topics?

If you want a recent topics block with a scrollbar, you can just add a new "Recent Posts/Topic" block, set "Recent Posts or Topics to Display" option as "30", "Display" option as "Posts", "Display type" option as "Compact" and "Custom Body Style" option as "max-height: 200px;". (you can change 200px as the height limit before the content is hidden by a scrollbar)
