Title: Manual Upgrade?
Post by: PokemonS on February 14, 2015, 07:10:47 AM
SMF 2.0.9
SP 2.3.5

Hi,

I want manual upgrade 'cuz lots of SP files are edited. Comparing all original files in SP 2.3.5 and SP 2.3.6 with Notepad++ plugin may possible, but I think SP provide manual upgrade codes.

On Simple Machines website, for the SP plugin, you can use the "parse" feature and see the manual edits required for installation and then compare them with what you have.

I apologize for the very delayed response. Unfortunately there are a lot changes that it's difficult to come up with what you need and it would take a lot of time for you to apply those. If you would like to see the changes, have a look at this:

What I would suggest is to compare a base SimplePortal 2.3.5 version with your current files, note down your modifications and apply those after installing a fresh SimplePortal 2.3.6 package.
