 Hi people, Im new to simpleportal. I downloaded it, but where do I upload it in ftp and what shoud I do? Can someone help me  :D

SimplePortal is a mod for SMF, you have to install it via the SMF Package Manager:

If you don't have SMF then you will need to download it (http://www.simplemachines.org/download/) and install it (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=2.0;sort=subject).
