Title: Links to Portal Pages
Post by: iain sherriff on June 05, 2015, 06:29:46 AM
The attachment shows the top area of one of my forums.

The four coloured blocks are just one image at this time. Each block (which will have text on them) will be a link to a specific page.

I know I can do this by making an area of the image as a link BUT

Is this an "old fashioned" way of achieving my result ?  Is there a better/nwer way I should do it ?

Thanks

Well, that works, but it depends on what you would want to achieve. Given that the solution works I can't see a reason why to do it in another way... Unless you want something special that I can't know. If you could tell us what you wanted to achieve maybe... ;)

Regards

I want the four coloured blocks to be links to four pages

What I want to achieve is doing it the most effective way for all types of access.

So I guess I'm asking "How would you do it"

 ;)
