Title: Speaking Shoutbox

I'm trying to mod shoutbox to limit shouts to 100 characters, and then use google translate (http://translate.google.com/translate_tts?tl=en&q=text) to push in tts shouts when they appear.

I'm not so deep in shoutbox code and in php in general, so I can't figure how to:

- set a button on/off for tts
- push multiple shouts and play them one after the other, maybe with a delay of 1 sec.

help needed
