Title: Install manual!

Hello,
after I installed sp manual, everything is fine, except the forum, posts can enter: http://lushnja.info/index.php?topic=1.0 but not cant enter to http://lushnja.info/index.php?action=forum

please help.

Welcome to SimplePortal. Do you mean you cannot login from that page? Because I can see a login screen on the topic link and the forum works fine on the action=forum link.
