Title: Add-ons for the Recent Topics/Posts block in Topics mode

Specifically, I'd like to have an optional extra posts icon for topics with a minimum number of replies, and I'd like the icon to link to the first unread post in the topic.

E: Disregard the unread post request, I see it already does that if you're logged in, using the main post link.
