Title: Hide header in portal
Post by: Lord_Rius on January 13, 2016, 06:57:00 PM
Hi!

I want to know if there is some way to hide forum header (navigation bar) from portal but not from forum section.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome to SimplePortal.

A link to your forum would help a lot in the first place, but the only idea that comes to my mind is cutting away that part from the index.template.php and then throw it into a custom php block without body and title styles, then manually hide the block with a custom action.
The above assumes you are talking about the "SimplePortal » Customization » Themes and Graphics » Topic:  Hide header in portal" navigation bar, which is usually called linktree.
I moved your topic to Themes and Graphics as it doesn't relate to proper SimplePortal general support.

Regards

Yes, it's the linktree, then my answer above is the only idea that comes to my mind.

I'll go ahead and mark it as solved then, you can do it yourself as well by pressing the appropriate button at the bottom of the topic (the one called "Topic Solved").
