How do I replace the words  "There aren't any shouts yet!" with other text?

If I remember correctly, all of the language strings are in /Themes/default/languages/SPortal.english.php

Hi waders and welcome to the forum,

yesterday I moved your topic into a more suitable area and renamed it so other users may find it more easily ;) However, I couldn't remember where the string was at that moment and had to go to dinner (no time to search), so I was not able to reply.
