I notice that you have a "Recent Topics" block on your home page.

where can i find that, please ?

Recent posts and topics is a standard block you can find in the Simple Portal menu in Admin. When you make a new block you will be presented with many standard types available.

Thank you, i tried it but will stick with the original for now.

It's nice but makes my page look too busy,
