Title: Forum hidden when I use the portal.

Whenever I enable tiny portal, my forum becomes hidden.  Even when I turn off the redirect.  I'm not sure if I am missing a setting or what.  Can you guys help out?

Not sure if this is related to SimplePortal, but I noticed it after installation as well.  The dot image no longer works.  It simply adds the text "dot".

Thanks,
L4N

---Edit---
When I tack this on to the end of my URL it works
/forum/index.php?action=forum

But if I just type /forum, I get nothing but the title bar and the "Powered by smf" bar.

You have to add the forum button to your custom themes manually. You can use the tutorial here (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=148.0).

Also you should copy dot.gif and arrow.gif images from ../Themes/default/images to ../Themes/your_theme/images directory.

I couldn't get the relation with TinyPortal though.

Alright.  I did a search and didn't find much that was useful.  I appreciate your time and help.

I'll try the methods above.  Thanks.

After about 30 minutes of messing with making the buttons, I got it to work out.  Thanks.  I am beginning to like smf more and more.
