Title: unable to edit existing blocks

Hello there

Today i had to edit some of my blocks on members request but got very surprised to see 404 not found and 402 Forbidden error code.
Please advice how to resolve this issue.

Could be server file permissions. I have experienced similar problems editing files and found out that the webhost had changed permissions - didnt notify people.
If you search on the SMF site you will find information about correct file permissions and how to check them.
