Hello,
I would like to know, is there max number of 'Topics to Display' on Board News Block?
If I have, for example, 10.000 topics, can they be all display on this block?

Within that block type's settings there is an input for the number of topics to display.
You can enter any positive number there and if there are that many topics it should work as there is no ceiling limit in the Source file containing that db query.
The display of the block should show it in page increments.
