Title: PHP block stopped working

I had some YOUtube videos featured on my forum in PHP Custom blocks. All of a sudden they are not working. 

Went to YOUtube to re-download the 'embeded' file again and the code featured is no where "Near" what I had before.  It is much much shorter.  In any case, the video will not show up, much less play.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Something like this can be caused by so many things... Not linking your forum nor posting the code you used makes it a waste of time to even try to guess what happened really, please provide more informations :)
