It would be nice if we could add a Navigation Block with possibly 1 option.
The block would/could look like this:
Category2
- Board1
- Board2
- Board3
....
Category2
- Board1
- Board2
- Board3
...
(and so on)
The only option I think would/could be to either show or hide child boards.
I think this could be a very useful tool for homepages and even just overall navigation of sites.

you can do that with plain html Kahne
[ url = your link] what you want the link to say[ / url ]

That's what I'm using right now. And I don't have many boards, so it was easy to make. I'm thinking for larger forums it might be nice to quickly click on a "menu" block to quickly create a menu on your "home" page to make it easy for guests/members to navigate your site.

there is the tabbed menu from tp, might help ya out

Kahne.. if you havent noticed, most snippets are just that.
they are either bbc, html, or php. they will fit into most any umm smf mod or theme. try it out.. you might just be amazed.. but as far as rc snippets, i do know most of the coders are working to catch up with the rc so it might just be a matter of waiting or asking for it to happen, if you cant/dont have time to do it yourself..
thanks LHVWB :P
