First i did not see this, but now it would be nice if you add to the Edit Block or Add Block Headline the information of the current block type.
Example if you select
"User Info Block" and click on select block type it should stand in the headline, so that the user know which type of block he edit ;).
It's not a real bug, but i think it make it more clear to a user what he/she is currently do.

Its useful for the addition page, so that you know which block type you are adding as well. ;)
