Getting this error when trying to upgrade to 2.2.
Database Error: Unknown column 'sp_smfGallery' in 'where clause'
in install1-1.php
Checking the database, the column is already sp_gallery which the install file seems to be trying to do.

Cool, thanks, guess I should have read all the announcement topic. :nervous-happy:

No problem, I just remembered seeing it earlier, there's a lot to go through to find fixes....LOL
-
Yeah, sure is. Seems to have removed the 'portalactive' varilabe too so now my button is gone...
ETA: Should I remove this check?
if(!empty($context['portalactive']))

Uhg....I have no idea, I just remembered seeing that post about the same error you were getting. I'm a total newb at this stuff ;D

For now I commented it out and my button is back.

Have a look at the button codes for SMF Default Theme - Core. If you will need help in implementing them into your custom theme, just let us now name of your theme.
BTW, your portal looks cool!

The button code was there. It just had a check for 'portalactive' which must have been removed with 2.2 that I commented out and was fine.
I followed the tutorial by LHVWB for custom themes and installed the button on DilberMC when I installed the previous version. Worked perfectly.
Thanks for SimplePortal and the good comment. Love the changes in 2.2.

We had to change the button codes with the addition of two new portal modes. Custom Theme Tutorial will be soon updated hopefully. For now you can check the button codes I've used in the attached file here (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=1846.msg12495#msg12495) which belongs to DilberMC theme.

Great, I'll add that tonight.
