I'm running SMF 1.1.8. I've tried to install SimplePortal version 2.2 and the test passes everything except ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php. (attached)
I have the following mods installed:

11. Global Headers Footers 1.4.1
12. Remove SMF Logo 1.2
13. Treasury 2.32
14. Ignore user 1.4
15. eFloating Bar for Guest & Members 0.1
16. Users Online Today Mod 1.4.0
17. SMF 1.0.16 / 1.1.8 Update 1.0
18. PM Readed 1.0
19. Auto Email Inactive Users 1.7
20. Signature Settings Mod 1.1
21. Advanced Reputation System 0.1.1

I realize that there's a question almost identical to mine, but I wasn't able to solve my issue by just reading. You might want to "type" slowly when talking to me. lol

Attached file should work.
Again I would like to point out that this install error is caused by the bad coding practises of the SMFShop Mod. ;)
