Title: install error SP 2.1.1 end SP 2.2

when trying to install I get this error...

That may only appear while installing 2.1.1. We now have a new version 2.2. Have you tried installing that?

look at version 2.2 I get this:

Would you see if the package attached to this (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=2196.msg14553#msg14553) post works?
