If you have a look on the portl for the enclosed URL - http://www.futbolturkiye.org/

You will see a block called Navigasyon


Is there a way this block can be made in English?

It's a basic navigation block afaik.

Otherwise you can easily make a customizable links block, with a Custom PHP, HTML or BBC block.
