Title: [Bug] Portal theme.

There is a bug with the Portal Theme setting, it doesn't seem to do anything at the moment. ;)At the moment the " Portal theme:" setting for this site is "Classic YaBB SE Theme". ;)

Strange it was working when I tried in the local. Will test it again.

As an official Note:
The error was with the install.xml file, it needed an opening <operation> tag.
