I had a sf Simplified Chinese translation (with the exception of some help), would like to release up to you to share, please amend all.

Sorry about the late reply.

The development team hadn't finalized the language strings for 2.3, when SP 2.3 RC1 came out, so your language strings will need updating.

If you are interested in officially translating SimplePortal, then please send me a PM. We currently don't have an active Chinese translator.
