i have placed a shout box of simple portal 2.3.everything is fine but when anyone shout it streches downwards no scroll bar comes and when i limit it from shout box setting then also no scroll bar comes the shout box ends with the given no. of lines..i want the shout box like simple portal forum and can we have smileys like vbulletin chat eg.movable like yahoo smileys

You should notbe running SP 2.3 RC1 on a live website, we don't provide full support for it, as its meant to only be for testing purposes.

If you think its a bug then report it in the Bugs board, although we will at least need a test normal user account to see the issue.
