Title: New to site, need support & admin help

Hello!!!

I'm new here, and it appears some of my posts are being delayed waiting for Admin approval.

I was wondering how the process works to get beyond the admin approval requirement?

Also, have I posted this support issue in the correct Board?

We have a mod installed that tries to avoid spammers from posting in the support boards, by forcing posts that have links to be approved. It has some issues at the moment, we need to update it. ;)
