Title: Recent Topics points to name of last posting member

In the Recent topics block, instead of showing the topic creator name it is showing the member name of the last post in that topic. (In the "By -----" area).

 I am not sure if it is coded consciously that way. If so, it does not go with the title "Recenet Topics". I am using Simple Portal 2.3 and SMF 1.1.10.

 Please clear my doubt. Thanks.
