Title: Order of Articles

Is it possible to have an option to change the order of Articles in the Articles List?

Perhaps a set of up down buttons could be added to the list, like you have for blocks.

I appreciate old articles are not necessarily good articles but I'd like to make at least one, sticky for the front page.

Sorry, I have no idea which php files this would apply to.
