Title: Time Help in Profile

A little quirk, probably of the Theme. In Profile > Look and Layout Settings, if you click the (http://simpleportal.net/Themes/urban_20rc1/images/helptopics.gif) icon for the Time format settings, the page is black with dark grey text on it, making it very difficult to read. See below.

This is indeed an issue with the Urban theme.

Yeah, not sure that anyone has been bothered enough to fix it yet. We're dumping this theme soon anyway, so there isn't much point in changing it now.
