Title: Adding banned user

Hello,
I'm dutch so my English isn't so good XD

I found a issue that is really confusing...
I'll post some images.. they will explain almost anything ;)

In the image named: No SimplePortal
I didn't have SimplePortal installed!

In the images named: With SimplePortal
That is after I install SimplePortal! I don't like it and it isn't normal..
I hope this is clear...
