Guys,
I finally discovered why some times the portal doesnt install well.
Many times the mods says: change cmodd of packages,sources,themes to 777 and make in the map ''packages'' a map called ''temp and cmod the temp map to 777.
Yes u must do that, but thats not enough. You must click on ''click here'' when u install the portal. BEFORE you fill in ur ftp info. Because when u dont do that, and u dint changed the files on ''click here'' the portal wont install good. And than when u try to install again, u CANT because u cant click anymore on ''click here'' because he doesnt show anymore. Than!! u need to reboot ur pc! And click first Click Here.

Most dont click on ''click here'' because the color doesnt show good, that u need to first!!!

Ones u changed those files, all to cmod 777, and u click on install..it works !!

Ah, these issues are all based on server related problems. So this same issue doesn't happen to everyone else, nor can it be fixed in the same way for everyone. Interesting solution though.
