Title: cant install on arabic-1256 forum

Hi
my own forum is arabic-1256 (Farsi language) and Icant install simple portal on int  :o
after installing on default theme nothing shown !!! one wite page and you should restore the backup files ! lol

is it a bug or its my own problem ?

What error/s are shown in the SMF error log?
Is every SMF page blank, or just the homepage?
