Title: Can not add Forum Button to appear and cannot add Forum action?

Hi, I have followed the tutorials but to no evail! I am using custom theme: OverView MultiColor... The portal displays fine with this theme but I can't get the Forum button to appear and i cant add the Forum action. I have attached the index.template but there is no display.template to be found with this theme.
Please help  :'(

Use the attached file. You don't need to do anything about Display.template.php file if you don't have it in your custom theme.
