Title: Blocks properties not centered

Upgrading to 2.3.2 from 2.3.1 I noticed that blocks properties are aligned to left, and not centered as in 2.3.1.

It's a new feature (:D) or it's my sportal not properly installed?

You mean the add/edit block interface? Yeah, that's intended.
