Thank you great package(SimplePortal) !!
I translated into Japanese.
6-files exist in archive, but all file's encode is UTF-8.

I thought that SimplePortal is the system which it is very easy and friendly userinterface for users where are weak in technology. I want to introduce SimplePortal to Japanese friends in my blog.

Sorry, I forgot to attach package-info.xml, and archive was gz. I worked to see below ...

Because there are many people with zip than gz, I retransmit file that archived by zip.
