I downloaded and installed this mod but how I activate / use it, because I don't see anything for this ?

Were there any errors on install?

If you hover of the Admin tab there should be a link to the portal sectiion within.

I downloaded the simple portal... and added to the package manager after that I installed this mod and there weren't any errors so I don't know what to do..
