Can you verify that the error only happens when the theme selection block is displayed?
If so: does it only happen when you USE the block, or does it also happen when just viewing the block?

I believed it happen when I use the block. Anyhow the errors show because there's no image or the image might have been corrupted. So I upload a thumbnail.gif to the image folder so far it seem to have resolve.

Thanks for the report.

I had trouble reproducing this one, so I looked at the code.
I can only reproduce this error when the current theme does not exist.
It does not seem to matter whether any of the actual themes are missing their thumbnails.

So -- you don't have a theme 99, but you have done index.php?theme=99, you will get an error for Undefined offset: 99.
I will suggest this as a bug, so that this "why would anyone want to do that" situation can be handled more gracefully.
