By default, the block title is "catbg" style and body is "windowbg" style.
quite often, if someone wants to change the style of one block, they wan to change them all.
Because blocks on the portal are not exactly like a boardindex.
So my suggestion is to offer a way to change the "default block style".
This feature could go in blocks settings.
* Default block title style (list class names | user-supplied ) --- input box in case of user-supplied (blank OK)
* Default block body style (list class names | user-supplied ) --- input box in case of user-supplied (blank OK)
* Default BoardNews item title ( Default Title Style | list of class names | user-supplied)
* Default BoardNews item body style ( Default Title Style | list of class names | user-supplied)
* [Reset all title and body styles] -- would set it all back to catbg/windowbg

Then, of course, when it gets down to the blocks themselves, it would only be logical to supply one additional option in each of the drop down lists -- "default title style", for example.
This would allow the user to change the style of all the blocks on the portal at once without altering the CSS for catbg or windowbg.
