How could I have the forum automatically code tag a set of URL links

I can do it with 1 link already with a few simple changes of the link bb code (which automatically adds on URLs)


I would like to have the code tags to be wrapped around several links..

I want to use these in a review section for Sources of information

Any Ideas?
