Hey,
I just installed SimpleDesk 2.3.2 on a site. Fresh install.
It actually broke the forum because of this:
<require-dir name="smf2/Sources" destination="$boarddir" />
Since it is moving it to the boarddir, and I moved my sources to another location, it broke the site.

It's more praticle to copy over the Sources folder to $boarddir in installation instructions. Almost all the time sources directory will be $boarddir/Sources. Actually it's the first time I'm seeing it moved. Just uploading Sources folder in the package to your actual sources directory should fix it.
