Title: Block Moderation

I would like to see the ability to give individual members rights to modify a certain block.  Additionally, it would be nice to limit the boards they can put that block on - such as the ones they are moderators of.

Is there any way to allow certain users to edit certain individual blocks?

There is currently no way to do this
