Title: http stats dashboard in a shared admin only block

I am not a programmer, so excuse me if i am wildly off the mark in the realms of possibilities.

I would like to have an admin only block displaying a group of http urls

I follow the blocks in blocks examples but have no idea if displaying external urls (with unique logins for each admin) is possible. We run a number of sites all with a dashboard panel and would like to be able to view these dashboards on our primary forum.
