Just a clarification for everybody as I have just gotten a PM asking what "On Leave" meant.
The group "On Leave" does NOT mean the person in question is about to leave the team or quit the team or anything of that sort. It means they're on vacation/away from the site for a period of time to relax or because of their real life is butting into their online time.
