Title: Cannot redeclare ssi_affiliates

tried to install the mod but had problems
got this error when installing

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ssi_affiliates() (previously declared in /home/nbathrea/public_html/SSI.php:1981) in /home/nbathrea/public_html/SSI.php on line 2079
