Title: Hide Header Option

I think it would be a good idea to add an option field that would allow the administrator to hide/show the header of a block. This feature is currently available in TinyPortal and I think it's a great feature for any portal to have.

If it's a feature that's already available in the current release of SP, just call me an idiot for not noticing it. :)

This will not be implemented as it requires some important theme file edits.
