Hi Guys a simple one I would hope. I have recent topics installed and the category is under the topic (see pic) is there a way to have it in-line and on the right? Also where did you get these smileys?  :D

You would need to modify the HTML in sp_recent in PortalBlocks.php to control that.

Thanks, I played around with it but couldn't get it to work, I basically want it like your simple portal site (see attached) and again where did you get those smileys?  ;D

That is a part of regular SMF. You can see what the HTML looks like in template_info_center, in BoardIndex.template.php.
 
Of course, in sp_recent in PortalBlocks.php, all the information about the post is stored in an array called $item, whereas in template_info_center, the information is stored in an array called $post.
