Title: "Board news" should have random option as if in "Gallery" block

  Running SMF 1.1.13  and decided not to use Aeva type media gallery for videos,
since SMF team is not planning to integrate a video gallery to the core code and that type of gallery mods  heavily modify the smf source.

 Since Gallery block is able to display random images, I think Board news should also display random topics.

Still valid ..  SMF is now 2.03  SP 2.3.5

nb.  this mod does exactly what I want but modifies SSi.php  which I dont want to ..
