Title: "Cannot display the webpage" while installing SimplePortal

So on my site toomuchpk.elementfx.com I downloaded the Mod while logged on my site. I then tried to install the mod but every time I click install it loads for a bit then goes to a Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. I then go back to my site and nothing has been changed. Please help
P.S - I am using all the new programs

Criminalz -- are you still having this problem installing the simpleportal mod?
Have you had any luck installing any other mods?
