Title: Advanced RSS Feed

I recently tried to use the built in RSS feed for a youtube profile. The result was the following:

If you take a look at the RSS feed page itself it contains images aswell.

http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/users/epicgamesinc/uploads?alt=rss&v=2&orderby=published&client=ytapi-youtube-profile

My idea is that when you create an RSS feed block that there is a tick box option to import any image that comes with the RSS so it could look like the following.

Currently it strips all HTML tags except for <br>. The new block code in 2.3.4 has the option to preserve selected tags.
