It's a custom mod coded for this site. There should be a similar mod to this in the sm.org Mod Site. I don't think we'll include something like this in the near future. It's not really a feature that you would expect a portal mod to have.

Yeah you'd have to ask for my permission to reuse it outside of SP anyways

That's not really true.
In case you don't remember, you coded the first team page. Since it was buggy and pretty bad performance wise, we decided not to use it and I recoded a new one from scratch. You only made some little changes to that mod. Later, that mod was converted to SMF 2.0 version by Nathaniel and template was pretty much rewritten.
Still, I have recently trashed that mod altogether and coded a completely new one, like any other code you had in something related to this site; not that there were many. So I have the right to do whatever I want with it.

I have said what needs to be said on my end. I'll let people decide who they want to believe. I'll be able to prove what I said easily if there was an official request.
