hello
how to resize image ever the same size for exampke:If user post image 320 X 240 and other user 800 x 600 i like 640 X 480 and i want ever 640x 480.

Simple Portal does not have a way to enforce image size in posts and topics.
Simple Portal will do image resize
* On portal page, in articles display
* In articles block, on any page in the forum
* In Boardnews block, on any page in the forum.

It does this at display time, using javascript.  It does not change the size of the image stored.
