Topic: Where do I change the shoubox-styling?

Hi,

I want to style the shoutbox differently and need some help:

I have used the code below and it only works when viewing the shoubox, if the shoutbox updates since I make a post in it or because I delete a post it goes back to the normal/default styling.

Where would I change this?

I believe it is related to the "function template_shoutbox_xml()", but i don't understand where the style of the xml is later styled.

If it's just styling, I think you should be able to do it by targeted CSS rules. However, if you need to do markup changes to shout items, you'll have to modify the onShoutReceived function in portal.js file in Themes/default/scripts.

Yes it seems I have to do markup changes to style the text and author differently. I'll take a look at that function.
